Suraj I. Sookhu, MD FACC
Dr. Suraj Sookhu graduated summa cum laude with a BA degree in biology from SUNY Stony Brook University. He then completed his medical training at SUNY Upstate Medical School in Syracuse, NY. Dr. Sookhu went on to complete his medical residency and fellowship in cardiovascular disease at Northshore University Hospital. He is Board Certified and a Diplomate of the American Board of Internal Medicine, Cardiology, American Society of Nuclear Cardiology, American Society of Echocardiography, and Vascular Imaging.
Dr. Suraj Sookhu is affiliated with Long Island Jewish Medical Center, North Shore University Hospital at Manhasset, and Flushing Hospital Medical Center. He is a member/ fellow of the American College of Cardiology. Sanjay L. Sookhu, DO FACC
Dr. Sanjay Sookhu attended a seven year B.S./D.O. Program at NYSCAS Touro College where he graduated summa cum laude with a BA degree in Biology. He then completed his medical training at Touro College of Osteopathic Medicine in Harlem, NY. Dr. Sookhu went on to complete his medical residency and Hackensack Univesity Medical Center and fellowship in cardiovascular disease at Deborah Heart and Lung Center in New Jersey. He is Board Certified and a Diplomate of the American Osteopathic Board of Internal Medicine, Cardiology, American Society of Nuclear Cardiology. In addition, he has successfully completed training and received certification in Cardiac Tomography Angiography (Cardiac CT).
